Please provide as much information as possible regarding the items(s). We highly recommend including a photo of the items, to allow our Customer Experience team to assist you more efficiently.
Please note all large appliances need to be uninstalled and located either outside or close to the entryway for collection. You are responsible for ensuring that our collection team can access and collect your items easily, as our team is not responsible for any damage that may occur while removing the item(s). All oversized items need to be located on the ground floor – our collection team is unable to move items up or down stairs.
You must ensure:
- All items are uninstalled & ready for removal
- All items are outside (where possible) or close to the entryway, i.e. not in the kitchen, garage or shed
- Oversized items & whiteware are located on the ground floor
- Gates are open or unlocked, and the driveway is accessible for a medium-sized van
- Dogs are secured
If the collection is deemed unsafe for our team members, they may need to return another time with an additional team member. This will incur additional hourly fees & pick-up costs.
